Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Launch AI Group website (launchaigroup.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
Launch AI Group provides marketing technology consulting, AI-powered automation systems, website design, and related digital services to small businesses. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing period. Launch AI Group reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 15 days past due.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays caused by client non-response may affect project timelines.
5. SMS Messaging
By opting in to receive text messages from Launch AI Group, you agree to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All website designs, copy, and automation systems created by Launch AI Group remain property of the client upon full payment. Launch AI Group retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Launch AI Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Project-based agreements may be terminated per the terms of the individual service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Baltimore County, Maryland.
